What is Old School Jam?
Old School Jam is Dubai's Number 1 Old School RnB Event
 

When and where is the event?
The event will take place on Friday November 1, from 6PM, at Blu Oasis.
 

How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased ONLY through the Old School Jam or Blu Oasis website or outlets. All tickets come with one free drink.
 

Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?
Refunds will only be offered in the event of a cancellation. No refunds or exchanges are allowed under any other circumstances.
 

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are non-transferable since they are validated with the purchaser ID and QR code. Unauthorized transfers may result in ticket cancellation.
 

What happens if the event is rescheduled or canceled?
In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued to ticket holders. If the event is rescheduled, the Organizer will notify ticket holders, and the tickets will remain valid for the new date.
 

What do I need to bring for entry?
You must bring your valid ticket (physical or digital) and a government-issued ID for entry into the event.

Are there any age restrictions for attending?
Yes, the event is strictly 21+. Attendees must show proof of age at the entry.
 

What are the health and safety guidelines for the event?
Attendees must follow any health and safety protocols in place at the time of the event. The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these guidelines as needed.
 

Is there parking available at Blu Oasis?
Parking is available at the venue. We encourage attendees to arrive early.
 

Will there be food and drinks available at the event?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event.
 

Can I leave and re-enter the event?
No, re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
